It was this: almost every mom I talk to already "knows" what to do.

She knows she should eat vegetables. She's not ignorant about protein.
She just can't seem to make herself do it....alone.

Got Questions?
Q: Won't strength training make me look bulky?
A: This is actually a myth. Most women who strength train look lean and toned. The stereotypical bodybuilder look often requires hours and hours in the gym...and steroids.
Q: I'm scared to strength train because I don't want to get hurt. Won't heavy strength training cause injury?
A: Strength training with proper form is very safe, and I teach you how to do this in my program. As with any physical activity, there is injury risk, but this is greatly minimized when using proper form. Strength training has also been shown to help minimize bone and muscle loss with aging, so consider the risk of NOT strength training as well.
However, there are some medical conditions that would limit your ability to strength train, so be sure to talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
Q: How soon will I see results?
Honestly? It depends. Some clients lose a few pounds per week. Others don't see the scale move much but lose inches and go up 50 pounds on their lifts.

Some take longer because of hormones or perimenopause.
What I can tell you: most clients notice their clothes fitting differently and feel stronger within the first month.
But I'm not going to promise you'll lose X pounds in 12 weeks - that would be lying to you to make a sale.
The work is worth it either way. You're building muscle that'll serve you for life, not just chasing a number on the scale.
Q: This seems like a lot of money. I'm nervous to invest.
That's understandable. I want you to consider the cost of NOT investing in your health though, such as time off work for doctor's appointments, prescriptions, and a poorer quality of life if you don't make a change.
Also, seeing a registered dietitian alone can run $75-$150 per session out of pocket. A personal trainer? Another $50–$100 per session. See them weekly for 12 weeks and you're looking at $1500-$3,000 — easy.
And that's two separate people who don't talk to each other.

A: Yes! This program focuses on building sustainable habits over losing weight quickly. Once you work the Fat Loss Formula Framework into your life, you are setting your body up to lose fat but more importantly, you are building muscle which is one of the best things you can for long-term fat loss, especially if you have a significant amount to lose.
Q: How long is this program?
The program runs for 12 weeks, where you’ll get weekly step-by-step content paired with biweekly coaching calls with me. After the 12 weeks, you’ll have the option to continue working together inside my RENEW program—because lasting fat loss takes more than a quick fix. This isn’t about a crash diet; it’s about building a strong foundation and creating a lifestyle you can actually stick with.
Q: Do I need a gym membership to do this program?
This program teaches strength training through compound lifts—but you don’t need to worry if you don’t have a gym membership. You’ll get access to both an at-home and a gym version of the program.

Gym option: Uses barbells, plates, a bench, squat rack or Smith machine, and standard equipment found in most gyms.

At-home option: Designed with minimal equipment, so you can still get strong and see results without leaving your house.
That way, you can choose the version that fits your lifestyle best.
